Imperial Personnel are currently looking for hardworking
Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Wellesbourne.

**Tuesday - Saturday Shift Pattern

0630 till 1530 £12.00 ph.**(Ovetime and Saturday £15.32 ,Sunday and Bank Holiday rate £20.43)

As a Warehouse
Team Leader you will be responsible for the following daily tasks:

Job Duties:

To monitor, record and maintain responsibility for lateness and absenteeism and take appropriate action within the levels of authority i.e. investigations and conduct and capability processes.
Actively manage the daytoday activities of the warehouse operation to ensure its functions are within budgetary constraints whilst, meeting safety, quality and productivity targets and report any queries directly to the Contract Manager.
Build a network of relationships at the required levels within the customer's organisation. Attend weekly, monthly or quarterly business reviews as required.
Keeping to deadline & targets
Working as a part of a team
General cleaning of area
Adhere to Health and Safety rules
