This is a new exciting role working for a luxury e-commerce business, that has been established for over 20 years

offering fantastic opportunities for a driven and enthusiastic individual who has a passion in B2B sales, Customer service and Marketing.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
Salary £25,000 per annum.


Duties will include:

  • Answering calls with customer queries
  • Monitoring and replying to company reviews
  • Handling social media enquiries
  • Communication with social influencers
  • General administrative tasks
  • Sending mailers to clients
  • Dealing with any order queries and recording transactions
  • Recording daily returns and completing paperwork for the accounts department
  • B2B sales support
It is essential that you have previous experience in an office-based customer service/Media role. It is essential that you are professional with a good work ethic and excellent communication skills.


This is a very high-end company and therefore your communication style verbally and non-verbally must be articulate, stylish, and confident.
