Our client is a highly respectable and successful independent Estate Agency in Southend on Sea, who are looking for a high calibre Senior Sales Negotiator to enhance their successful team.
Duties to include but not limited:
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Giving necessary feedback to vendors and purchasers
- Carrying out market appraisals and converting into listings
- Arranging marketing of properties and updating database
- Dealing with all enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Sales progression
- FS and conveyancing referral generation
- Administration duties
- 2 year as a Sales Negotiator
- Valuing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented with a target driven attitude
- Strong local knowledge
- Must drive with own car
This is an exciting position and would suit somebody that it is customer focused and enjoys a variety of spending time both in the office and out.
