We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Peterborough. This is one of the UKs leading retail TV channels. You will receive excellent training and development and will have many different progression routes available to you.

Requirements:

Customer Service Experience
Previous Experience Of 1st Line Service Desk (Essential)
Experience Of Working in Fast Paced Environments
Knowledge Of Office 365, Active Directory and Windows
Enthusiastic Personality
Open to learning and developing within the company
