Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of buyers, which will include generating and conducting viewings and obtaining offers on properties.
You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership as well working closely with members of other departments for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross selling of business will be essential.
You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing sales.
Main duties
- Liaising with Vendors, Solicitors and Potential Buyers/Renters
- Property details & descriptions on portals
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
- Supporting all team members
- Supporting the Sales Valuer with the daytoday running of the office
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
- Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
- Overseeing the client experience to ensure they receive the highest levels of service, all the time

- A Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in as a sales negotiator
- Full UK Driving License (Own car preferred)

Package
- £18,000 Salary (Basic)
- £50,000 On Target Earnings
