Our client is looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis, located in Aberdeen.


ROLE


Ideally, looking for an organized and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams in the Aberdeen office.

The office administrator's role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements, appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Maintaining general office files & databases, including HR files and QHSE files, and other files related to the company's operations.
  • Providing HR Admin and QHSE Admin support.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced administrator who ideally has knowledge of D365 but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, be comfortable handling sensitive information and have the ability to multitask and manage their time.
