Overview
A fabulous opportunity to join this international business in a fully remote position as a Payroll Administrator. This position will be covering a maternity contract for a period of 18 months. The envisaged interview process commencing at the beginning ofMarch 2023.
Payroll Administrator - About The Role
This position will be reporting in to the Head of Payables and Payroll and you will be responsible the payroll administration of 200 employees all based within the UK.
You will be responsible for managing all the payroll administration to include settingup new starters, pensions changes, updating bank details.
This position is not an end-to-end payroll position as this client works with a payroll bureau and will be preparing all the information prior to submitting the monthly payroll file.
This position will be managing all statutory payments, unpaid leave, sickness and absence, parental leave and pay of any other addition leave adjustments.
This client recognises their employees (both temporary and permanent employees) with quarterly bonus payments and as such you will work with both the finance and HR team to prepare these payment, including reporting and analysis on headcount reporting andpayroll reporting.
The successful Payroll Administrator will have:
- A minimum of working within a payroll administration position
- Up to date knowledge of PAYE / auto enrolment pension
- Payroll bureau experience using payroll software
