Job Summary


We are now looking for a dynamic, organized, and flexible Administrator who will support the team by managing the office and administration duties across the business, including the day-to-day administration of our Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Modern Apprenticeship Contract.

This is a Hybrid role where your time will be split across office and home working.


The role

  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork required by SDS is up to date and 100% accurate in line with our contract requirements.
  • Be first point of contact to the office always ensuring a professional customer experience.
  • Order stationary supplies and other requirements for the office
  • General administration duties as required.
  • Generating and sending completion certificates in line with our Centre guidance and SQA requirements including updating information as required
  • Where duplicate entries are found use the SQA form to merge accounts
  • Ensuring that data is kept accurate and updated on both FIPS and SQA
  • Processing and certificating units achieved for Early Leavers and ensuring that they are withdrawn from the qualification and any core skills.
  • Take exam bookings / proctoring exams for our AAT exam Centre (training will be given)
  • Deal with PO's and invoicing on our Oracle System (training will be given)

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent and confident working under their own initiative
  • Able to work under pressure, within tight timeframes and deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment and previous administration experience preferably in a similar role
  • Exceptional IT skills with a developed understanding of Excel and Word
