Rectification Materials Co-ordinator
Green Retreats is looking to recruit a Rectification Materials Coordinatorto support the Rectification Controller and processes within the department.


Daily duties

  • Use the rectification portal to sort and assign materials for rectification teams.
  • Pick and organise materials based on rectification teams job schedule.
  • Receive returns from site and process them for replacement, repair, or credit.
  • Support customer care and aftercare with material and installation queries.
  • Conduct a monthly count.
  • Liaise with the rectification teams to ensure they have the required materials and equipment to complete their jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:


  • This is a heavily customer service and customer satisfaction role, so accuracy and precision skills are essential in material management, handling, and control.
  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Good verbal and communication skills.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting.
  • Experience in reporting figures, compiling data, and creating reports.

Desired experience

  • A Knowledge of materials management and handling, preferably in constructive industry.
  • Knowledge of onsite and warehouse Health and Safety / best practice.
  • Quality Control experience.

Pay and conditions:


  • Full time, permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours.

Schedule:


  • 8hour shift.
  • Flexible hours between 6am to 6pm.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
