Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Support Administrator who will provide proactive administrative support to assigned Heads of Department within the faculty.

This is a fixed term maternity cover position. The role is varied and includes calendar management, producing day-to-day communications and providing support on a number of projects.

Strong organisational skills are necessary as the requirement will be to maintain a number of operational systems and support in the organisation of faculty events.


The Person:


The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, strong IT skills and be proactive and confident in their approach with meticulous attention to detail.

This is a full time, fixed-term position for one year with a starting salary of £27,305 per annum.
