Job Title:
Contact Team Advisor

Salary:
£27,000 basic + 10% Bonus

Location:
Junction 13, M1 (Driving is required as public transport routes arent suitbale for shift patterns)
We are looking for a Customer Contact Team Advisor to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all issues and concerns are dealt with professionally, promptly, and empathetically.

You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand and ensuring that our customers have an awesome experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage all incoming customer issues and concerns through all channels of communication
  • Show empathy and willingness to help customers with their concerns
  • Resolve general customer enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Guide customers through the process of recording product issues and ensure the correct department has everything they need to resolve the concern
  • Support other departments within the company when needed
