Naturen is a fast-growing, owner-managed business with offices in Liverpool, Chile and France. We're looking for conscientious, like-minded team members who want to be part of this exciting phase.
A position has become available at our Head Office in Wirral for a Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant for a minimum of 15 hours per week (working hours are negotiable).
We're looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills and someone who is committed to maintaining consistently high quality standards.
About The Role:
- You'll be working closely with our MD and our company accountants to ensure management information is accurate.
- Daytoday transactional accounting for multiple entities within the organisation.
- You will be responsible for all of the transactional side of the accounting function; including: banking, creditors, debtors, expenses, invoicing, processing intercompany transactions, stock management, and cash flow management.
What we're looking for:
- You'll either be an experienced bookkeeper or a junior accountant/accounts assistant, looking for a move to a successful and expanding organisation.
- You'll have experience of accounting software (preferably Quickbooks) and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Someone who is able to demonstrate commitment to previous employers and success in a similar role.
