The Role:

You will join one of the UK's leading Banking teams as an Associate in the firm's Liverpool office.

The Banking team has broad capabilities in premium Banking transactions, including acquisition finance, energy finance, REF, and corporate lending.

The team have particular strengths in energy, tech and finance - the opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise.

You will be led by an inspirational partner who is regarded by the team as a genuine leader and someone who will encourage your development.

The platform for progression to Senior Associate and beyond is transparent, and you will be supported to achieve your professional goals.

You can expect a salary at the top end of the market, with an attractive bonus and plenty of flexibility.

Requirements:

As a guide, this role would suit a Banking Lawyer between 5 years PQE
Experience gained at a respected city or large regional law firm
Have had exposure to a broad range of Banking work, including one or more of the following acquisition/leveraged finance, corporate lending, REF
