Recruitment Resourcer

Salary:
£20,000 to £23,000 plus uncapped bonus, £28k OTE

Working hours Monday to Friday

Location:
Genesis Centre Innovation Way, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 4BF
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked or enjoys working in a fast paced office enviroment.

Key day-to-day duties will include:

Conduct telephone and face to face interviews when appropriate
Create and amend job advertisements on the company website as well as external job boards
Organise interviews between applicants and hiring managers
Attending Jobs fairs and other recruitment days
Ensuring vacancy approval processes are followed, maintaining, and updating all admin records and ATS.

To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need:

Excellent organisation skills
Great communication skills and a proven track record of building relationships
Ideally come from an administrative / office background.
A desire for development and career progression
