_ Recruitment & Onboarding Executive_

We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic recruitment & onboarding executive to join our growing business, making a difference to our client's lives.

Right at Home is the top performing franchise in the superb Right at Home network,
recognized with a 5 Employer Award and an Outstanding CQC rating.

We are looking for a tenacious and motivated individual to join the Recruitment and Marketing team to recruit and grow our CareGiver team across our three regions.

You will join a high performing team with a focus on employee wellbeing and making a
difference in the local community with charity events and initiatives to support elderly people locally.

Your core objectives are to;
SMS.

All content kept up to date job ads, web pages, template messages
Conduct telephone, online and inperson interviews

lists.

Conduct recruitment checks references etc
Work with the recruitment manager and responsively to ensure business recruitment

needs are met

Make weekly check in calls

This is a busy and varied role so the ability to adapt and prioritize is essential.

Must have;

Ability to build relationships with others
Great telephone manner
An enthusiastic, "go getter" mentality
Excellent organizational skills

Nice to have;

Previous recruitment or sales experience
Content writing skills

Our care assistants offer companionship, personal care, shopping, housekeeping and meal preparation for our clients on an hourly and live in basis.

As a Right at Home CareGiver you will need to have a driving licence and your own vehicle.

You must legally be over 18 years of age to work as a care assistant and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
