Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor who will deliver first class customer care services to the Company's tenants on a permanent, full time basis.


You will be the first point of contact for all customers, answering all enquiries via telephone and communication systems wherever possible.

In addition you will be working within a team to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers, providing a 'One-Stop Shop' approach to answering all customer enquiries wherever possible
  • Entering full details of
    all communications into our in house system, QL, to provide an audit trail
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Additional cover for reception services at the Company's head office
  • Administrative support to the Company's headquarters staff
  • Processing Homeswapper Applications
  • Additional cover for Post Services
  • Support Contact Centre Experience Manager and Facilities & Customer Experience Advisor in providing Facilities Management Services for Stennack House

About you
You will have experience of working in a team and of working in a Customer Service Environment.

You will have effective communication skills to enable you to deal with customers in difficult and stressful situations and have an understanding of data protection.

You will hold English and Mathematics GCSE Grade A-C level or an equivalent.
