Role Overview & Duties:


KOOSA Kids Marketing Executive will support the development & delivery of all aspects of the marketing strategy, across a variety of marketing channels, for KOOSA Kids holiday club, after school club and breakfast club operations, delivering to & exceeding commercial targets.


Within this varied marketing role, a key focus will be the planning & execution of marketing campaigns across our social media channels (primarily Facebook).

You will enjoy producing engaging and informative content, supported by well-written copy to drive customer engagement levels and, ultimately, conversions.


As well as marketing direct to consumers, you will support the Head of Business Services and the wider business teams, by developing fantastic recruitment & operational marketing materials.


Specific duties may include:


  • Social Media Management
  • Asssist in developing campaign strategies; content planning, creation & scheduling; reporting & postcampaign analysis
  • Generating & updating marketing collateral for both online & offline use
  • Maintaining & updating KOOSA Kids website
  • Track, measure & report on all marketing activity
  • Providing marketing support to the Operations & Recruitment Teams
  • General marketing support, including proofreading & administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:


  • At least 5 years solid marketing experience, including Social Media Management, copy writing & content creation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle essential

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience of using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar a bonus but not essential

Hours:40 hours per week


Pay:
£28,000 -
£30,000 per annum
