Role Highlights:
As a Student Safety Officer, you'll be at the forefront of creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere on campus


Your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere on campus, by maintaining a visible presence across the college campus
  • Supporting the implementation of the College's Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare, Healthy College, Equality and Diversity, and Safeguarding approaches.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and creativity in developing innovative solutions to address student needs.
  • Working collaboratively with college staff to manage student behaviour and conduct.
