Salary:
£12.48/hr

As a Senior Support Worker at Poplars, your main duties will include:

Supporting our social care staff to provide person-centred care and support to 12 adults with learning disabilities
Upholding the Hollybank values and ensuring positive behaviour support guidelines are followed at all times
Holding supervisions with support workers and supporting them with their own development
Administering and auditing medications and finances to ensure the safety of our adults
