Hours:
Full Time - Mon - Thurs 7:45am - 4pm - Fri - 7:30am - 2pm


Salary:
£20,000 per year


Job Purpose

  • To provide a comprehensive administration service to the Commercial Department. To be responsible for ensuring that all records associated with the estimating activities are accurately maintained and administered.
  • To be responsible for effectively administering the data entry requirements for the quotation process in line with the sales order process and for providing Admin support for other Commercial Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of estimating spreadsheets and records.
  • Reviewing Projects to compare information from different clients.
  • Maintaining Project Folders.
  • Supporting the Estimating team and Sales Office Manager
  • Communicating with customer for any missing/required information
  • Checking DFAs against quote prior to processing order
  • Order Input
  • Contract Review
  • Quote follow ups by phone
  • Provide cross cover for Commercial department
