Helpdesk Advisors to take charge, ensuring the right outcome for each correspondence.

As a
Helpdesk Advisor you will be confidently providing a uniquely personalised service for internal and external clients.


What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to their needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and the business.
  • Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
  • Supports the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.
Our client understands that as a
Helpdesk Advisor you will need to know you are talking about. You'll receive extensive training and be provided with all the knowledge you need to ensure you feel fully prepared.


It's great if you have experience within Financial Services, but if you don't and come from a client or customer facing background then we would love to hear from you.


About you

Essential

  • Experience working in customer service or administration.
  • Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong desire to learn.
  • English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

Desirable

  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Experience working within pensions, estates or transfers.
  • A proven ability at working in a call centre environment.
  • Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.
