Description

Our client a leading asset engineering group delivering integrated technical and process engineering and automation services for the built environment.

Due to continued growth they have an exciting opportunity for an Control Panel Wirer to be based in our clients manufacturing facility near Burton Upon Trent.

Key Responsibilities:

Panel Wiring to Schematic diagrams.
Wiring and assembly of components for control cabinets and panels
Crimping, routing and cable terminating on control panels
Lay out electrical components to the design wiring diagrams.
Responsible for the quality control of their work.
Cable Routing
Cable end termination experience (Hand Crimping and Hydraulic)

Skills & Experience:

You will already be experienced in Panel Wiring within a fastpaced working environment.
Experienced in PointtoPoint Wiring
Have experience of mechanical and electrical assembly.
Competent using hand tools.
Experience of Testing is Preferred but not essential.

Specific Qualifications:

Ideally, formal qualifications relevant to Electrical wiring and testing would be advantageous but we recognise the value of proven experience.
