We're currently looking for a
Content Designer (6-month contract) to join our UX team, working across a number of web, mobile and customer communications projects.

The role

  • Write in a simple, clear and userfriendly way about complex financial products
  • Think about the whole customer journey and how to improve it
  • Take into account a wide range of accessibility needs and make sure our content meets them
  • Collaborate with the UX team and wider product team to shape, define and improve new and existing journeys
  • Be comfortable working at all stages from creating journeys from scratch to refining mature ones
  • Listen to the data, and use it to create content that really works for customers
  • Present ideas confidently and with energy to the team and to stakeholders at all levels
  • Be proactive as well as responsive in their approach

Desirable

  • Experience of creating content for complex financial products
  • Knowledge of accessibility and readability standards
  • Solid understanding of using Figma
  • Experience of planning and conducting content usability testing
