Debt Recovery Executive

Leeds

QED Legal are working with a Top 200 commercial law firm in Leeds city centre who are looking for a Debt (Commercial, B2B Debt) Recovery Executive to join their small but busy team.

The team consists of 3 fee earners with a head of department and two further staff. They work alongside the 5 strong corporate restructuring and insolvency team.

Day to day you will be dealing with a variety of debt recovery matters dealing with claims from initial instructions to recovery.

This includes preparing letters before action, statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions.
The team acts for a wide range of clients from SME's to larger corporates, across multiple sectors.
