We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager to join a successful company based in the Litchfield area. This is an 18-month fixed term contract.

Leading a small team; the main purpose of the role will be to create and set marketing strategy to drive enquiries and generate attraction from the desired target market.

Duties and responsibilities:

Research and lead on development of marketing campaigns
Manage and develop junior team members
Manage the flow of tasks including strategy campaigns and projects
Previous experience in a marketing role ideally in a people management capacity
Commercial focussed approach and a proven track record of influencing and supporting change
Working knowledge of the full marketing mix including knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Good communication skills and an eye for detail
