Description
We are working with Leicestershire County Council to recruit a
Strong Administratorto work in the Children's and Family Services team as a SENA Support Worker Coordinator.
Job Purpose
To work closely with designated teams in order to provide specialist administrative support and liaise confidently with a range of internal and external agencies to ensure children, young people and families receive LCC services.
Duties
- To maintain and facilitate general administrative duties through the SENA business support team. Maintaining process and procedures.
- Maintain accurately and keep up to date a range of computer based monitoring and data systems
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing correspondence and generic inboxes and duty lines are appropriately managed/ recorded/ tracked/ progressed and prioritised
Essential Skills
- Previous proven Admin experience or 18 months minimum
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
£11.80
Hybrid working once fully trained.
Office based in Glenfield.
