HR Officer


CRP Group are working with a large public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire that is looking to employ an HR officer on a 6 month fixed term position to start immediately.

Joining a large team who have gone through an expansion period that requiresadditional support.


Ideally, you'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into the labor process.


  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Undertaking HR Casework
This is a full-time role 37 hours per week, hybrid based ideally with 3 days in the office.
