Our client is a "unicorn" Tech company that connects private companies to government contracts.

This means that the public sector can buy the services they need, at the right price and from the supplier they want to work with.

They need an experienced sales support administrator to work in their stunning offices near Vauxhall to process and coordinate tendering queries:

You will co-ordinate between:
- the potential customer, and their invitation to tender (ITT) paperwork, published on various portals, plus follow-up clarifications, corrections, changes and other information they issue; and
- the chosen private company partner, and their tender response as they draft it, raising questions, submitting our response, following up subsequently through to feedback or purchase orders.


The Sales Administrator will work with a bespoke CRM system and work across 18 frameworks, funnelling requests, allocating and communicating with both the private company and the relevant government portal.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that requiresstrong communication skills and the ability to use systems and portals.

The Sales administrator will be able to chase up on various tasks and have a proactive approach to finishing off projects and pre-empting any issues along the way.

Ideal backgrounds will be from a similar role or potentially from a call centre, or recruitment background.
During the probation period, employees will be expected to be fully office based. Following this, my client is open to 1 day working from home.
