Description
Are you a confident communicator with experience in managing agents? We are looking to recruit a new Service Charge Managing Agent Officer to expand our team.
As a Service Charge Managing Agent Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong and effective relationships with our managing agents.
You'll develop a matrix of services that defines their obligations and will establish strong internal relationships to ensure that community inspections provide you with evidence of good and poor service.
Ultimately, we want to receive great value for money from our managing agents, so analysing their performance, monitoring for improvements, and challenging poor service will all form part of the role.
You'll build strong internal relationships with colleagues in the housing teams and will rely on their community awareness to help you achieve great outcomes.
About you
Building strong working relationships will be second nature to you.
You'll understand the benefits of not only working closely with colleagues, but by having a professional approach with our managing agents you will gain great results.
You won't be phased by having challenging conversations at times and you'll be prepared to share your knowledge and understanding to ensure that Aster receives the services we pay for.
You'll also be confident in your record keeping and data analysis to enable you to challenge when necessary or evidence service received with may be below par.
Training will be provided both face to face in the Devizes office and virtually, so you'll ideally need to live within a commutable distance.
The wider team also meet bi-monthly at one of our regional offices, so you'll get to travel through our operating regions.
