Position Summary

The FOH Team members play an essential role in helping bring this amazing experience to life ensuring we deliver the highest quality experience to our guests.

On a daily basis, the FOH Team will work to ensure that our overall customer service is of the highest standards.

Some of our positions are performed 'in world,' where you will be on hand to keep our guests immersed in the events of the most daring plot of all time.

Scope & Responsibilities

Working within the FOH & Bar department you will be responsible for performing a variety of roles, so no two days will be the same.

You will help ensure that our service is smooth, efficient and memorable.

FOH responsibilities include; opening and closing the FOH areas, box office administration, checking tickets, supporting in-show operations and selling merchandise & photos.

Bar responsibilities include; opening/closing the bar, cleaning, mixing cocktails & drinks and waiting tables. The role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude. Good availability during weekends and evenings is essential as we operate Wednesday - Sunday, day and evening shifts.

Background & Experience

You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with some experience working in customer services or bars. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable, but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to help bring our dark & superbly rich world to life

Other Requirements

Minimum two years' experience in customer services and/or bars.

A desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

A positive attitude.

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Confident both working as part of a team and independently.

Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).

Conversational English
