Employee Benefits Account Executive

£40-45k salary

Based - Putney, London SW15

Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm

Immediate start

Flexible / Hybrid working option available

MUST have Employee Benefits experience

Duties:

Arrange client review meetings

Follow up meetings with internal team follow review meetings and distribute any action points accordingly

Issue new business proposals

Assist with Employee Benefit launches

One-to-one consultations with employees

Works with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution

Processes plan changes, as needed or requested by the client, checking for consistency and documenting in the appropriate system

Builds personalised client relationships through demonstrated understanding of the service plans

Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests


Role:

This role would suit someone with a great understanding of Employee Benefits. Good organisational skills and a good client facing manner. The role does not have sales or new business targets.

You will be working in a direct relationship with the director and have integration and oversight of the administration team.

Process led working, excellent task management and ability to prioritise is essential. Good excel and PowerPoint skills.
