About our client

Our client is a leading UK focused venture capital, growth equity and small buy-out investor with significant funds under management.

It's long-established, highly respected, and has an enviable track record of investing across Britain. It's looking to addan investment professional to lead aspects of the transaction process, and work on portfolio management.

What the job involves:

Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required management.

Who we are looking for:

Exposure to venture capital, growth equity and midmarket private equity as an investor or advisor
Ability to lead deals with mínimal supervision
Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
Top academics from a leading academic institution
Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
