HR System Implementation Lead

Derbyshire

Temporary Assignment

Up to £230p/d


Macildowie are working exclusively with a global organisation currently mid-way through the implementation of their new HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.

With this, they need a confident project lead to support the successful implementation androll out of the system to better support employees, managers and the business.

The organisation operate on a hybrid model of work and the assignment is initial temporary until successful roll out is achieved.


The role responsibilities include:

  • Building and delivering system specific training to managers
  • Work closely with Payroll and HR Leads to understand the capabilities of the system and support best use within the business
  • Run testing on the system to succeed in reporting key HR metrics to present to the Senior Leaders
  • Answer any first line queries on the systems use
  • Have experience using People XD or a similar HR + Payroll System
  • Have experience Project managing an implementation
  • Have excellent stakeholder engagement
