Hyde is looking to recruit an Asset Manager.

Hyde is one of the UK's largest housing providers, working across London and the South East.

With a turnover of £450m and 50,000 homes under management the Asset Manager will lead and manage the Asset Management team and oversee both its strategic capabilityand day to day operation.

Key Responsibilities of an Asset Manager

Oversee the database management of maintenance and improvement programmes.
Develop, monitor and review the Asset Management.
To log, collate and prioritise asset information to inform the annual budget setting round.
Ensure appropriate stock rationalisation by providing appropriate asset performance information for the Property Review Panel.
Ensure effective leadership and performance management of the team.
Contribute to and support the delivery of the asset management strategy, 5year plan, and annual programme.

Key Skills and Experience

Previous experience working within Social Housing is desirable.
Asset Management or Property experience.
Management of a team essential.
Good organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
