We are recruiting for an Insurance Account Handler to join a friendly and welcoming team within the Insurance industry in Malton.

Due to continued growth they are recruiting across several teams.

You will provide advice and guidance to customers, finding suitable policies and solutions for them.

Experience within insurance is an advantage but is not essential.

A willingness to learn, ambition to succeed and excellent customer-focussed attitude are the most important factors to succeed in this role.


Some of the Insurance Account Handler responsibilities are:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients
  • Responsibility for the administration of insurance policies
  • Administering new business, renewals, midterm adjustments, claims, queries etc
  • Working on behalf of the client and liaising with Insurers, keeping the client informed and updated at all stages
  • Actively look for crossselling and upselling opportunities
  • Handle any customer queries and complaints in accordance with regulation


You can expect a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with an outstanding benefits package which includes retail and hospitality discounts, hybrid working, 30 days holidays (rising with service), healthcare plan and excellent progression routes in an ambitious, forward-thinking company.
