Overview of role:


Do you have a keen interest in construction and the built environment? The desire to learn and progress within the construction industry.

If so, _we are looking for an_ Assistant Construction Project Manager to join Jardine Motors Group.

In this role, you will assist the Project Management Team in the planning, production, and administration of all construction projects from start to finish, including working closely with internal processes and procedures


Reporting of project progress:
Time/Cost/Quality/H&S/Sustainability to the Group Property Manager.

This role is remote based but travel to our dealership locations is required.

A bit about the role:


  • Attending site meetings, with or without CPM
  • Assisting in obtaining and reviewing quotations for materials and contractors
  • Update monthly project report in conjunction with CPM and JMG construction partner for issue to Group Property Manager.
  • Assist CPM in the chasing of outstanding matters and Operation & Maintenance manuals from construction partners.
  • Monitoring and closing off snagging and any defective work
  • Help to manage projects and assist in keeping them on track.
  • Assisting in daily administration to support the Project management team.

What you will bring:


  • Have a keen interest in construction and the built environment.
  • Have a keen interest in the retail sector.
  • Have a desire to learn, improve and progress within the construction environment (Study to achieve MCIOB, RICS status).
  • Have studied in a construction or services related apprenticeship and wish to progress into construction project management.
