Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team supporting our Group Finance function in Liverpool.
The purpose of the Finance Administrator is to support the effectively delivery of Accounts Payable services from the Amey Business Service Centre.

You will be responsible for:
- Aspects of invoice processing
- Investigation of invoice queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement
- Maintaining vendor relationships
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Operating to and within agreed SLAs/OLAs
- Liaison with business & Suppliers
- Qualifications including 5 GCSEs A-C
- Ideally experience in a similar Accounts payable role, however, this is nonessential
- The ability to follow set processes and deliver outputs
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to be an excellent team player
