Graduate, Commercial Consultant - SKYSTAR program
Are you interested in customer facing role, cracking some of the most important deals in the ATI industry?

As a
_Graduate, Commercial Consultant,_ you will be accountable, following standard working processes and procedures, for suggesting technical solutions and related pricing models to meet the business requirements of SITA customers, in the framework of retention or new business deals.

It will include items that will impact price structure and customer contract negotiations where required, with the final objective to ensure financial profitability while supporting business growth.

What you will do:
- **
On the Customer Side:

Work with customers to better understand their business models and develop sound technical solutions to meet the customer's requirements
Be the primary interface for salespersons to support customers' engagements on technical & commercial matters.
Provide customers with comprehensive, uptodate information on SITA products, product enhancements and new solutions, through customer meetings and workshops
Support the technical qualification of customers' communication and data exchange needs through knowledge of current new or evolving technologies and SITA solution portfolios.
Identify and recommend sound solutions built through SITA portfolio of products to meet customers' demands.
Acts as a source for commercial expertise through the understanding of SITA's existing customers, contracts, products, markets, and competitors

**Team Collaboration & SITA Stakeholders: - Liaise with various internal stakeholders to build business case for customer proposals.

Build simple business cases, based on standard pricing models to gain management support always ensuring SITA's profitability.
As part of a team, identify, quantify, assess, and report risks associated with a bid.
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct negotiations on commercial contractual issues with customers and external partners where required.
Participating in contract negotiation according to plan, minimizing contract risk and guaranteeing contract quality.
Work closely with project managers to ensure efficient transfer of projects for implementation
Facilitate designs to be efficiently implemented Right the First Time (RFT) and smoothly transitioned into service operation.

Qualifications:

_Who you are:
_

Diploma, Certificate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or Engineering.
Passionate in Information Technology, Digitization and Digital Transformation, Telecom Industry
Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
Awareness of Airport / Airline industry is an added advantage.
Must be eligible to work in the desired location without the need of VISA sponsorship.
