An exciting opportunity has arisen for two x IT Support Analyst / Support personnel to join a Wiltshire based Packaging Group.
Joining a small team, The Support analyst will be the go-to person for all things IT. This will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, including setting up laptops for new starters,Benefits:

Requirements:
- Experience providing 1st / 2nd line support
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 36 any experience with Azure AD or VMware / Hyper-V and networking would be desirable
- Provide secondline investigation and diagnosis.
- Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
- Escalate unresolved incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
- Communicate with Staff and customers regarding incident progress.
- Complete SOP training for On-Site Support Analysts.
- Liaise with customers, other IT support groups and thirdparty providers when necessary.
- Perform staging of PCs.
- Perform Install, Move, Add and Change tasks.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance and support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or HND (2 years' experience in IT support)
Salary:
£17,077.55-£34,662.76 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
