Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two x IT Support Analyst / Support personnel to join a Wiltshire based Packaging Group.

Joining a small team, The Support analyst will be the go-to person for all things IT. This will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, including setting up laptops for new starters,

Requirements:


  • Experience providing 1st / 2nd line support
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 36 any experience with Azure AD or VMware / Hyper-V and networking would be desirable
  • Provide secondline investigation and diagnosis.
  • Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
  • Communicate with Staff and customers regarding incident progress.
  • Complete SOP training for On-Site Support Analysts.
  • Liaise with customers, other IT support groups and thirdparty providers when necessary.
  • Perform staging of PCs.
  • Perform Install, Move, Add and Change tasks.
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance and support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or HND (2 years' experience in IT support)

Salary:
£17,077.55-£34,662.76 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
