My client, a well-established Estate Agent is currently looking for a Trainee Sales Valuer around the Essex and East London area.


Working hours:

As a Trainee Valuer, you'll be required to work full time


The successful Trainee Valuer will be offered:

  • Full training and support
  • Up to £23,000 basic salary
  • OTE £40,000

To be considered for the Trainee Valuer role you must have:

  • A full UK driving License
  • At least one year of experience in property
  • Good local knowledge of the area

As a Trainee Valuer your role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Attending client's homes to carry out appraisals
  • Meeting targets
  • Creating property adverts
  • Proactively obtaining new business opportunities
