Full Job Description

The Job Role:

Cleaning and Replenishing Snack Machines and Coffee Machines
Ensure that all machines have sufficient stock levels and that all products are continually monitored to avoid products going out of date.
To manage routes for each day and pick stock for machines.
Monitor stock in the warehouse and order stock when necessary
Able to be the face of the company whilst out on customer sites and deal with any customer servicerelated concerns.
Have a cando attitude, flexibility and a willingness to ensure machines remain Operational at all times.
Support our Service Department by attempting minor fixes (with the help of our team of engineers) at machine level, followed by reporting any major servicerelated issues back to our Service Desk.
Ensure that the provided vehicle is always kept in a safe and road legal condition with any issues, damage or accidents reported straight away.
Based on 1630hrs per week, our current team often start early to miss traffic but then are finished early or even finished early on a Friday instead if route/jobs are completed.
Keep Van well maintained and clean, organise stock, and generally take pride in everything you do.
Some Lifting will be required as not all locations will have easy access.

HOURS
The role is a permanent position consisting of 16-30 hours per week with flexibility around working hours available.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided, but a history of a clean driving would be desirable.

A Company van will be provided for use as you will be required to travel to each site to replenish the machines.
