We operate markets, one-off events, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London and have developed a successful corporate catering arm, KERB Events Ltd.

KERB Events Limited is a joint venture with Compass Group UK.

As part of this partnership, KERB Events Limited will become the sole F&B provider for this high-profile performance venue in central London, looking after all public-facing catering as well as internal hospitality and commercial events.


JOB DESCRIPTION


As the Warehouse Assistant, you will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager to ensure all stock is managed and controlled in the most efficient way to achieve financial objectives.

You will be part of a vital team that ensures that our ops and event teams have everything they need to deliver stellar customer experiences.

This role is suited to a talented, detail oriented individual with experience of delivering and maintaining stock and equipment as well as handling fresh and dry goods.

You'll need to be in love with the food and beverage industry and come with a head for multi-tasking and problem-solving.


Main responsibilities and duties include:


  • Help with the distribution of stock and event kit at the venue
  • Conducting physical stock counts of stock and equipment
  • Comfortable with handling goods loading or unloading vehicles and packing or unpacking pallets
- heavy lifting is sometimes required

  • Temperature check all food delivered according to HAACP procedures
  • Rotate all fresh/perishable & ambient stock regularly
  • Support operations and event teams with beverage requests, equipment & furniture
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules for loading bay & store rooms
  • Work alongside the operations and event teams to make sure all units and events have all the right stock and equipment for it to run smoothly.
  • Uphold a culture and environment where people want to work
