The school caters for approximately 142 young people between the ages of 4 and 19 who have SLD or MLD (Severe to Moderate Learning Difficulties) or Complex Needs.

A significant number of students also have a diagnosis of autism (ASC), some of whom may alsohave significant physical, sensory or behavioural needs.

The ages of the pupils involved will be within the Reception to Post-16 range.

To be considered for this role, it would be beneficial for you to have experience working with children or adults with special needs but this is not essential if you have the right qualities and can match their values.

Working hours are 08:30 - 15:30. You will be required to work the full hours but can pick which days to work (Monday - Friday, term time only)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
