Location:
Teesside - flexible home working


Salary:
£21.00 per hour


Hours:24 hrs - 36.5hrs (flexibility provided)

Imperial Professionals are working exclusively with a global organisation who are looking for a Global Program Management Training Associate based in Teesside


Duties:


  • Support, Manage and input into the delivery training packages across the sites.
  • Develop and manage with the Director of Global Program Management Training, a standard curriculum and training package to be rolled out across the network, training and development of the packages is being delivered in line with site and global best practices.
  • Develop and maintain packages suitable for a range of learning styles.
  • Support training of new employees with the standard package developed and refresh existing employees. Provide ongoing surveillance of tools utilization and success.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, internal and external, is being delivered across all programs and support program managers in achieving this.
  • Review of business stream processes to ensure all customer programs training content are being aligned with our business capabilities and procedures to effectively meet our business targets and goals.
  • Support the delivery training of customer programs and site where possible; ensuring program managers have the tools and techniques to coordinate and track program activities, milestones and resources against their program plans. This includes working withProgram Managers from across the network.
  • Support the program managers within their business stream utilise the program management tools effectively in line with current best practices to accurately reflect the current status of all programmes within the stream.
  • Continually review learning preference and styles for program management and align training packages accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by building credibility and trust.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

  • Job holder must be able to effectively manage a changing environment and be confident in providing detailed training plans.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to continually delight our customers, whilst also maintaining our business and program deliverables
