Staff Finders has a proven track record of finding suitable employees across a wide range of sectors, as either for temporary or permanent placements and are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing your own fast paced work diary
Running your own recruitment scheme
Managing and overseeing the recruitment process, from selection to induction
Other administration/recruitment duties as they arise

To be successful in this role you will:
You must have a full UK driving licence as travel is required

You will be comfortable managing high volume campaigns

You will be flexible with your availability - recruitment isn't your regular 9-5 job

Be available for weekend cover, worked out on a rotating pattern

Highly organised with strict time-management skills

Will have excellent IT/social media skills
