- Residential Lettings Agency**
Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1

Salary:

OTE £35k****Position: Permanent
- Full Time**This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and competent
Lettings Negotiator to join a leading, local
Lettings Agent with offices in the Tunbridge Wells area.


You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.


In addition, you will be passionate about delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill, ability and teamwork.


Skills:
The skills required for this Lettings
Negotiator (Residential Lettings)
role will include:

  • Previous residential lettings experience
  • Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally wellpresented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful
  • Full driving license and own car essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
  • A desire to succeed
