Be Personnel are excited to advertise for the position of Logistics Administrator with our client, the worlds largest Atlantic Salmon producer based in Rosyth, Fife.
This role will be based in the Logistics administrative office in their state of the art facility, reporting to the supply chain co-ordinator.
The Job- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Data entry into current Logistics Report
- Create New Reports if required by the company
- Claims Investigations
- Transportation Cost Tracking
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Good communication skills
- Good Microsoft knowledge (Needs to have excel experience and training)
- Fantastic refer a friend scheme with £250 net paid to both you and your friend providing they work 12 weeks
- Ongoing agency contract with possibility of permanent employment thereafter

Salary:
£11.05-£16.83 per hour
