Technical Helpdesk Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefits

Hybrid Position

Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from Dudley, Halesowen, West Bromwich. )


A Technical Helpdesk Manager is needed to lead this brilliant team at this well-established company with a combined 50 years of IT industry experience.


You will be responsible for liaising with some leading UK brands and helping resolve any technical issues and consulting with brand new techs This is a fantastic team with a friendly environment that is willing to help you grow and progress.


Responsibilities:


  • Mentoring and leading a team of 1st and 2nd line IT engineers
  • Monitoring new tickets
  • Complaint Management
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Technical Projects
