JR Dynamics Ltd are a fast-paced Engineering company based in Cramlington. We have c.50 members of staff producing many innovative products and services to many industry clients globally.Role:
Responsibilities you will learn include:
- Managing HR processes and being the first point of contact for HR functions in the business, such as:
- Advertising new vacancies and supporting pre-selection/interviews etc.
- Developing new employee contracts
- Delivering new starter inductions
- Maintaining the Employee Handbook
- Maintaining staff files / records
- Monitoring staff training records
- Managing Timesheets / Holiday requests / Sickness reports
- Supporting grievance handling
- Supporting existing business / finance team with administration activities, such as:
- Maintaining diaries and appointments of the senior management team
- Arranging and managing incoming and outgoing postal deliveries
- Sourcing, scheduling and booking of travel and accommodation.
- Completion of new supplier forms and similar requests to initiate new client relationships.
- Sales orders, order acknowledgements, invoicing activities
- Payroll and grant claim preparations
- Any other duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
On the job training will be provided but experience in a HR role would be beneficial.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
