Duties:

Assist the chefs and management with the smooth running of the catering unit
Assist with food assembly and packaging tasks (training provided)
Ensure the quality and presentation of food and drinks meets the highest standards
General cleaning duties as required
Coordinate with event organizers to ensure all catering equipment needs are met
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
